This policy explains how cropimagecircle.com handles images, feedback, and ordinary website request data.

Images You Edit

Images selected for the circle cropper are decoded, previewed, edited, and exported in your browser. Crop Image Circle does not upload the source image or rendered canvas to its server.

The browser may hold the working image in memory and a temporary local object URL while the editor is open. Reloading or closing the page clears that working state. Downloaded files are saved through your browser and remain under your control.

Feedback submissions do not include the uploaded image, canvas pixels, clipboard contents, or downloaded file.

Feedback Information

When you intentionally submit the feedback form, we collect:

• The feedback category and message
• The email address you provide for a reply
• The current page URL and route
• Page language and the active tool preset name
• Referrer information made available by the browser

Feedback is sent to the owner’s self-hosted Feedback Hub on Cloudflare Workers and stored in Cloudflare D1. Email notifications are sent through the configured Cloudflare email service. This information is used to review the report, diagnose issues, plan improvements, and reply when needed.

Do not place passwords, private image contents, account tokens, payment information, or other sensitive data in a feedback message.

Server Logs

Hosting and security infrastructure may temporarily process ordinary request metadata such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and error information. These records can be used for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

Analytics and Tracking

Crop Image Circle does not currently enable Google Analytics, tracking pixels, advertising scripts, or behavioral analytics. The site does not use tracking cookies for the cropper.

If analytics or advertising is added later, this policy and the relevant consent behavior will be updated before collection begins.

Third-Party Links

The site may mention or link to third-party platforms for context. Their privacy practices apply when you leave this site or upload a downloaded image to their service. Crop Image Circle does not receive your login credentials for those platforms.

Retention and Requests

Local crop images are not retained by Crop Image Circle. Feedback messages are retained while useful for support, product improvement, security, and reasonable record keeping. You may request access, correction, or deletion of a feedback message by contacting support@cropimagecircle.com from the email used in the submission.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children.

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
